You will grow into this book. ### ⭐⭐ Stuck in the past, misleading. *by T***E on March 1, 2016* B.V. Raman takes a very simplistic and black and white approach to Vedic Astrology in this series. Boiling his conclusions down to "good" or "bad" using methods that don't demonstrate Vedic Astrology's utility as a tool for guidance. This is not to say I don't believe in "good" or "bad" outcomes but you must flush out Raj Yoga's, mahadasha, and other divisional charts to call a position "Good" or "Bad". Many charts he seemed bad did indeed have potential if proper guidance was implied. One may say "Well this is just the basics, he's not supposed to be teaching us everything!" Yes, this is true. If you are going to teach the basics do not swindle your audience by reaching these black and white conclusions, this leads to very bad habits and misunderstandings. Show your audience how to read a chart and in "life-terms" the kind of things a person with a certain chart may run into.
