Invaluable for EKG techs and RNs
I teach an EKG class and all of my students get one. It accurate and easy to use. Better than counting the small sqares. It also has quite a few cheats for knowing which leads to look at for determining an MI.

Worth it
This thing is awesome. Great for difficult 12 leads in the field. I gifted it to other medics too. Only drawback is that it gets scratched soooo easily and will cloud up the isoelectric line window.

Great simple tool
A great easy & quick tool to help measure ECGs! Comes with a clear plastic protective cover that can easily attach to a badge, but also has the appropriate holes in the ECG card itself to properly attach your badge.

Really helps my old eyes
As a paramedic with 37 years under his belt I can really appreciate a device that makes my job easier. I've only had the card for 2 weeks now but if has helped with 1 subtle STEMI and helped definitively identify a 1st degree block quickly. It is so much more convenient that hauling around calipers (safer too!). I picked up one for myself and gave them as Christmas gifts for the guys assigned with me. It's a great piece of kit.
