Nice unit, it keeps the basement dry with blue tooth monitoring.

The compressor is loud. Very loud. Everything else is great. Seems very strong and sturdy for a dehumidifier which I like.

It is quieter than expected. Does a good job dehumidifying the basement. Happy with it.

I had 2 of these units. Neither of them would pump which was the only reason I went with this dehumidifier. Instruction manual couldnt help me either. Lets say there is not a lot to try and do to get it to pump that should require reading. Did it drain? Yes but I bought it for the pumping. Then there was the constant rattle; of the fan bearing I guess. The replacement was louder than the first. These things were complete garbage. I tried and angle it on every direction.

Followed instructions for set up, turned it on in my basement. Two hours later the reservoir was bone dry and the display had error code E9. Returned for a refund.

Works very well. Runs quieter than expected. It is working wonderfully in our large 3 car garage! Love that it has multiple fan settings and beeps when it needs to be emptied. Great buy!

I sat it on 45 and my house monitors said that it is 62 percent humidity. I let it run all day and it still hasn’t removed any water. The bucket remains empty
