My combo stopped working. Had to cut cables. Can I get replacement cables and reset combo?

Will these cables pass through a 5mm hole?

I don’t think you’ll have a problem. We use them on all four of our potentially checked bags. Most are Travel Pro and they have a special point where the zippers join and the lock loop can pass through easily. The Briggs bags we use other wise work very well too.

Your video contradicts. How does this prevent the thief from doing the re-zip with this lock? It still moves even when connected to the handle of bag

It only will move a little. When the zipper is opened and the bag is gone through, the "re-zip" has to take place along the entire zipper to reseal it. The cable attached to the handle prevents this. I won't actually prevent someone from getting into the bag, but you will know if it's been done

How can I set new cord?It's only open 000.

Check instructions in package. You need the red plastic "key" that is inserted into the cable ports on the long side and then you set your combination.

Very nice and easy to use.

Been using regularly for travelling as well as when i leave my wallet and cards in the backpack in office. It is easy to figure out how to reset the code (apply little common sense). The wire looks thin but if you have ever tried to cut through braided metal wires, you will know that looks are deceiving in this matter. Like many have pointed out, if someone really wants to get into your luggage you know that nothing can stop them. For someone looking for a casual grab and run, this look will do the job of protecting what is yours.
