I put them on after washing my face before bed, and then remove them in the morning. I have pretty bad acne around certain times of the month, so this really helps. I will say that it helps a lot if you're willing to pop your zits before putting the patch on....it doesn't really seem to do a lot for spots that haven't come to a white head yet. I have recommended them to a couple of people who didn't want to pop anything, and it didn't really work for them. The surface of the skin just has to be broken only a little bit, though, so if you're willing to use a sterilized pin or something like that, it would probably work, too.The biggest miracle for me is what it does with the "oozers", those pimples that just like to ooze fluid for ages and are gross and inconvenient. Those used to take forever to get rid of. It often helps to get the kind you can cut to size for those so you can make sure that the fluid doesn't escape as easily. Sometimes it takes a day or two of wearing patches, but then they're gone! No more! If this is a gross problem that only I have, sorry for sharing....but if this is something you've experienced, you may want to give these a try. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Misleading: there are only 4 *by G***F on Reviewed in the United States on 29 October 2021* The packaging was misleading to me. It says there are 8 included, which I assumed was 8 t-zone strips. Actually, there are 4 of the larger t-zone strip (like the one pictured), but then you get 4 little “triangle” size pieces that are very small.
