I'm not sure who came up with the bright idea to combine a bottle bristle brush and a straw cleaner in the handle, but this is absolutely one of the best kitchen cleaning gadgets I use all the time. The thing is built with a very thick, sturdy heavy plastic with rubberised hand grip to ensure it doesn't slip. I can't tell you how many times in the past I would come across a straw in the middle of my dishwashing and mentally flip out that I can't find a straw cleaner anywhere, but now since it's a lot harder to lose a massive bottle cleaner, I know there's always a nice thick cleaner in the handle ready for use. The wand also has a little hole near the top likely for water to escape if you place a wet straw cleaner back inside, which I think is a neat touch. The head of the bottle cleaner does screw off rather annoyingly, and is surprisingly difficult to get back on as the only place you can grip is the bristles themselves. I imagine this is so you can eventually replace the head if it gets disgusting though, so maybe that's not a bad thing.
