I like the look and the protection this strap gives my watch. This is the 3rd one I've bought as they each lasted almost exactly a year before the strap cracked where you bend it back and forth to put on or to take it off. I feel it is worth it to not have to worry about my watch working in wood and metal shops etc (along with screen protector). I found it awkward to try to use the side scroll wheel ("crown") and with the first one just didn't use it for a long time. Eventually I used an exacto knife to cut away the rubber blocking my finger's access and it worked well and have done that right away with the 2 subsequent ones. It looks really hacked up close but in real life it looks fine and I have easy access to the crown and use it all the time (especially as a volume control for airpods).
