TULA Filter Primer Tinted Blurring Face Primer

I love tula primer so much! Since the moment I first used this almost 3 years ago I've never even considered trying anything else!! I have super fair skin so I use the luna shade and I swear people treat me different in public when I wear this as opposed to completely bare skin. I do like it under my makeup but the real star of the show is when you're not wearing any makeup, this just adds such a nice glow without being able to see any shimmer or glitter! I love this primer so much that I've bought it and gifted it to friends and family like I'm a paid ambassador lol! Keep an eye out for sales like prime days to stock up... I am so scared to run out that I keep one with my skin care, one in my travel bag, and one for backup! This would be my desert island makeup product 😍

I cannot wear typical foundation (liquid or balm) on my face because I swear I can feel it. And no matter the shade, it ends up looking orangey by the end of the day. But I absolutely love this stuff. I use the Luna shade and it's an eggshell shade out of the tube, but it self adjusts to my skin tone upon application. This is all I use now. My mature skin loves it...no breakouts, no greasiness, no "orange peel" face by the end of the day. It's way more than I'd like to pay for a make-up product, but I don't need much of it to cover my face because it spreads so nicely. So one tube lasts me a good long time. I hope TULA never stops making this product. This and their cleanser are their two MUST HAVE products for me.

This is my favorite product and have been using it for years. I have extremely sensitive ~picky~ skin and have never been able to find a tinted moisturizer that works for me. Although this is a primer, I use it in the same way anyone would a tinted moisturizer. It is light and feels like you’re not wearing anything. It gives the perfect amount of tint/blurring for a nice base, or overall light coverage!

I do like the product but the dispenser is a terrible design. It has a pump but it doesn’t work and I end up having to pour it into my hand. Also it really expensive. Probably won’t buy again due to the price and hassle with the pump even though I like the product.

This is the perfect thing to gently spread all over your face any day, and especially when you don't feel like doing makeup. It comes out of the tube whiteish, but as it absorbs into your skin it leaves a very slight tint that blends with your complexion. Tula has a choice of tints depending on skin tone, derm-tested ingredients, and great for hypo-allergic skin. It actually contains probiotics and superfoods that help protect your skin. I am 79 and have been using it for a couple years.

I am always too busy to apply makeup in the sense of foundation and all the works. With this product, I dont need any of that. Its a great product to hide the fine lines and blemishes. It provides an even coverage and looks as if I have on concealer, foundation and powder. I love this product!

Pros and Cons The product itself gets a full 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️It is very lightweight and goes on smoothly. I love the skin toning/blending affect. It truly does what it claims to do. It smooths out your skin tone and fills in large pores without looking like you put on a pound of concealer or foundation. I like to wear it for my no-makeup days. I’m 41 and am starting to encounter adult acne. If I’ve got tons of break outs I use something else with full coverage. Since this product is so thin and runny, I feel, it looks best on clearer skin days. Those days I put this on (really rubbing it in) and dust the lightest amount of setting powder, maybe some mascara, and I’m good to go. It is a whiteish color out of the bottle with the slightest bit of pigment and quite runny. 2-3 pumps per application will do you. It is buildable coverage so you can add more if you prefer. Ive only done one to two layers at a time. Also the pigmentation is so minor that it is meant for ALL skin tones and colors. I also really LOVE that the more you rub it into your skin the more the primer will activate and continue to reactivate the skin blurring ingredients. I like to put on one layer making sure I massage it in good. Then I wait a few minutes and if needed I’ll add a second layer. I really massage it into my skin well so the active ingredients will take affect. You should notice a difference if you don’t. So my biggest complaints are with the price and with the packaging. That should get a negative rating so I have to say the lowest at one star⭐️ For the price you get very little. And like everyone says a brand new bottle is definitely half empty. So you immediately feel ripped off just by opening the packaging. The consistency of the product is so thin that it pumps out barely thicker than water. And if the pump malfunctions in anyway you can’t get the product out at all. They need to double the size of the bottle for this price no exceptions!!! I’d definitely check Amazon first before buying from Ulta. Some things are the same price but most things are significantly cheaper on Amazon. Not to mention Ulta does not carry all the Tulu products and the absolute best is the Multi-Spectrum Eye Renewal Serum!!!!! The second best Tulu product is the pink bottle of Acne Clearing+Tone Correcting Gel!!!!! ULTIMATELY would I buy this product again? Ive only bought it once and now I’m about to run out so......YES, despite being completely disappointed in the price per ounce, I enjoyed it enough to at least buy it one more time to really see if I want to continue with this product.

Feels great on my skin and immediately makes my face look brighter, more even, and smooth. Haven't used this as a primer yet but seems like the correct weight and texture to do so.

I don’t want to spend $70 on this, and when I find something similar for lesser money and better value I will swap this out. Until then, I will wear it everyday! It’s so light and evens my skin tone. Most days it’s all I wear as my makeup base.

I love this stuff-I saw an influencer wearing it and it is a primer and fills in wrinkles and gives a nice glow -I get sunrise.

It’s ok. I don’t know a lot about primers so I don’t use it every day. Feels fine on my skin.
