I purchased this to bulk prepare sourdough and it works well. The plastic is SUPER thick. Like, thick thick. I don’t see this breaking anytime soon.It was a little smaller than I’d anticipated, but that is on me for not checking the measurements. I can bulk ferment enough dough for 3-4 loafs with this. (Pictured is only enough for 2 for comparison).

This is one sturdy bin! I have lots of heavy canned goods stored in this and I haven't had to worry about it cracking. It is very thick plastic. You won't go wrong with this sturdy bin!

I am so happy with these good grade totes. Making larger batches of dough. The lid sits and maintains the moisture needed without drying my dough out. The lid is some separately. The plastic has a coating that allows my dough to fall out. And the value is unbeatable it allows for more space then most large bowls. And best of all it is way to clean.

I ordered this so I could bulk bake my sourdough. This makes doing a big batch easy. It’s made of hard plastic and has plenty of storage room. Great product for the price. It doesn’t come with a lid just fyi. That is separate.

This was really hard/sturdy but it was the wrong size for what I needed it for. I guess I didn't read that the size is measured from the outside, not the inside. Also note that it doesn't come with a lid. That must be purchased separately.

This was the exact size I needed, but it comes without a lid. Be warned. I should’ve read all the reviews and small print.

This is an excellent container: very sturdy material and looks like it would be stain resistant. But I sent it back because it is not what it appeared to be. In the picture it has a lid. When you read the description it sounds like it has a lid. After all, this is a container for keeping foods fresh, right? When my order arrived, it had no lid. I looked and looked on Amazon for a lid sold separately...there are none. They have lids for other sizes which cost almost as much as the containers, but no lid for the 3 1/2-gallon size. So, beware...

I use this when I have more than 2 loaves of sourdough to make. It has plenty of space for the dough to rise- I have only made 4 (900g) loaves so far but it could probably fit at least 2 more that size. You could use it for a variety of things and it is fairly easy to clean.
