Spend the extra $10 for better underarm pads elsewhere.
If you are looking for under arm pads DO NOT BUY THIS! Search for “Essential Medical Supply Crutch Accessory Kit”. It’s about $10. They may look weird and may feel like the material is cheap, but after being on crutches for 25 years I had my fair share of good vs bad crutch accessories. Pro: They are soft and comfortable to walk around with (whichis very important) Con: Not friendly around water. They get sticky when soaked. (If I find a better product I will change the information)Now my review about this product:Worst underarm pads ever. Very hard and on top of that they are very loose. They slide off on their own while walking. It seems like everyone is selling this crap. I depend on crutches and this is useless to me. Now as far as hand grips, they are nice and solid and have a great texture for a good grip. As far as crutch tips it’s too early to tell. If they tear apart within the next couple of weeks I will drop this rating by another 2 stars. (In sets like these under arm pads and crutch tips are most important. I do not recommend anyone to purchase this product if you are on crutches for more than couple of minutes.)Good tip for crutch tips:I found this trick very useful for crutch tips if anyone wants to try. Buy an extra set of tips from anywhere. On Amazon I found $10 black crutch tips that are not bad to try this with. (But please use whatever brand you are comfortable with). Now with this extra set just place it outside somewhere. If you put it out in the open make sure they are upside down, that way if it rains the tips don’t fill up with water. I just put my in a shade. And just leave them out until you need them. Summer time is the best time to leave these out. After couple of months outside my crutch tips usually lasts 12-18 months.

Renewed 30y/o crutches
Took the old, rotten rubber off a 30y/o pair of crutches. The old rubber had started to decay, it softened, expanded, and was flaking apart. These new pads looked smaller b/c the old ones were falling apart. The smaller size works perfectly if you get the additional Vive memory foam crutch pads to go over them, which is much more comfortable then the rubber alone.Been using them for 6 weeks (knee injury/surgery) and haven't had any problems with them slipping or breaking... and I am not a lightweight person at 6'tall and 300 lbsMy main complaint is from trying to get them installed. The feet and the hand grips did not want to go into place even when using rubbing alcohol to lubricate the rubber; and even then, it was difficult to say the least. Now that they are on, I won't have to worry about it for another 30 years (i hope, never)

Nice fit and comfortable
I am an expert in crutches, having been on them several times in the last thirty years, including a spiral fracture tibia, hip replacement, hip infection with resurfacing, micro fractures in my knee and now total knee replacement. My crutches were fine but all of the foam parts were dried out and scratchy, and the underarm parts had to be held in place with duct tape. These new replacement parts fit perfectly and look good, but most importantly they are comfortable. Highly recommend if you have to use traditional crutches.

Not the fit I hoped for.
I've included photos, one of which identifies the crutch which is six (6) years old and has seen periodic use, I am attempting to rehabilitate. The top underarm cushion fits but is noticably thinner, as you can see by the photos. The hand grip is problematic because my crutch is aluminum and the top assemply is press fit and I was not able to remove the hand grips to slide over the new cushions. I cut them to install and will need to tape them. The foot cushions fit properly but are a bit more narrow and shorter, 1 &11/16' X 2 & 1/4" compared to the original, 1 & 3/4" X 2 & 1/2". This information is to better inform others. I plan on using these items and may report back later.

TOTAL JUNK!!! WATCH OUT!!!
I am not one to write bad reviews, but this kit is total junk. The hand grips wore thin within 2 weeks, and developed a hole clear through them within 3 weeks. Worse than that, the crutch tips punched right through the pads rendering them useless. In fact my crutch slipped out from under me and I fell straight to the floor. I can't stress enough how terrible this product is. Do yourself a favor and save the $11.
