Do not purchase this phone spend a few extra on a better phone. This phone was the worse purchase I have even made. You cannot use this phone without wifi. A piece of shot and extremely slow!!!!!

As a new phone user, i didn't want my son to have something that would be too expensive to replace should the worst happen, so going for a basic one seemed to be the best call.Once it arrived however i was pleasantly surprised, it is a basic phone with a few integrated apps, most of which i have turned notifications off for. But then i have set up google location sharing which allows me to always see where the phone is and as he has unlimited calls he can also let me know if he needs anything at the drop of the hat.More importantly for him though, he has been able to install a couple of games that work well and can take random pictures of his friends and apparently of our dog...It also comes with the charger (i know it's logical but some phones don't) as well as headphones that are ok, although we have given him some wireless ones instead.

I bought this phone even after reading the reviews that where not good but thought I'd purchase it as I didn't think it'll be that bad. How wrong was I so yep you've guessed it it's going back tomorrow via UPS for a full refund a snail would be quicker than this phone it glitches, won't download anything when it finally dies it goes back to the screensaver and it's lost Avoid at all costs I've had cheaper phones than this and they work better they look amazing in the photos but so does many things!. My advice read the reviews and save yourself time and money

I like this mobile handset bcs same feature and looks of Samsung A12 on one-third of its price. Sound , camera battery life are good on its price. Double sim system is one of the best feature on it. Comes with a good package with all basic accessories charger headphone including phone cover. Overall it is good phone in a great price.

This is a basic phone… the price reflects this! It’s got a bunch of feature though that is similar to those you find in a phone doubleThis price! I am going to use this as “test” phone for my daughter (as she’s asked for a more expensive one)… let’s see how she does!

This phone is terrible... photo and video evidence of what is terrible about it on its forst ever time been used. The company who sell this is also terrible, im still waiting weeks later for my response to send it back and get a refund. Attached a picture to see a small bit of what this phone did and also taking pics on its own scanning for my WiFi and tvs. A message for the seller... I would like a refund, and will find a way to recieve it aswell.

Very unhappy with product, it’s slow, YouTube doesn’t work, it’s not worth the money. Camera is crap, software likes to muck up all the time & in certain light you can’t even see the screen due to the glass in the front.I would like a refund on both phones which I purchasedThanks

Paid £50, it is slow, it’s full of pop ups/adverts, the sound is terrible, The phone is of very poor quality all round
