These ice/heat packs are great. Perfect size for my lower back, convenient cover and great price. I’m so happy I got these and I like you can use them for both heat and ice. They are working perfectly for me.

Used these in my ice machine to keep water cold. Worked good but didn't stay cold very long which was d I disappointing. They do work much better keeping food cold in my lunchbox.

The packs weren't exactly what I expected. They get very cold, but don't freeze. I had knee replacement surgery and needed them to keep my knee cooled. They worked, so I am still pleased with the purchase.
