Great grater.
I bought this a few weeks ago now and have used it alot on various types of cheese.It has been great, sorry not intentional, on all type of cheese from mild cheddars up to parmesan and other hard cheese.I was initially hesitant to buy it after another reviewer said it wasn't any good on parmesan. But I decided to buy it and it's been excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Aesthetically pleasing
As all of kitchen aid is - easy on the eye.Nice and sharpe made easy peasy work of zesting my lemon. Run it in see the tap and clean as a whistle.
