Grat for adding velocity
These balls are great for working on arm circles and adding velocity. They are true to size similar hardness to a softball great for throwing or pitching. I would not use these balls for hitting I don't believe there are good fit or designed for it

It's a softball
I don't know what the 6 oz weight means but it throws like a regular softball and it's genuine leather. No complaints.
