I love the ring on this and the texture. It's not slick and has some friction without being a full on silicon case. Silicone cases are way to sticky when it comes to slipping in your purse or back pocket. This case is perfect. I feel like it's protected without being super bulky and the colors are lovely.

The case itself is nice, but I'm not a fan of how the buttons on the side of the iPhone 12 Max stick out past the cover. Now, this is probably just my personal choice because I've only had covers where the buttons are recessed into the cover, which means I wasn't accidently pushing the buttons when picking up the phone/holding the phone. I am consistently accidently hitting a button—just the way the phone fits in my hand, the place where the side buttons are is the most secure place for me to hold the phone. I have taken more screen shots by accident since getting this case, or stopped the podcast because of hitting a side button.
