I wear a 7”. Do these run small?

I have a rather large melon. This hat has quite the adjustment but it's loose on my head. Keep that in mind. You might be cinched down a little too far on this one. Really good quality though!

If you curve the bill, will it hold shape, or go back to being flat?

I haven't tried, I've kept it flat.

How is this considered prime if i order today 2/11/20 and it wont be here till 2/19/20???There is a reason I pay for prime.
