I have bought this product a few times. I am trying to use supplements to boost my immune system rather than take medication. When I am ill, this along with Allicin (also available on Amazon) capsules really speeds up my recovery process and I start to feel my energy levels rise the same day of taking them. Very good product but don't use every day cycle once every 1-2 months one month on one month this is the reason why although this product is amazing at and it does help with a lot bodily functions it also and it helps to remove heavy metals from the body.
