Easy to assemble instructions a bit confusing but just study images carefully

Terrible product, good customer service
The product arrived in a reasonable amount of time. There were no instructions, so I contacted customer service. They were very helpful.They provided me with a pictorial guide that did not match the lettered stickers on the parts. I was missing screwcaps and have an extra set of legs. The slats fell out after I had set the mattress down and I now have two large bruises across my legs. If there are other parts missing I cannot parse the instructions well enough to tell. I am extremely disappointed with this product.

Easy to assemble.
Very nice looking. 14 inch height is perfect for me to get in and out of bed. Love it.

Terrible
There are areas with chipped paint. There are pieces missing so I can’t even put it together and it is not 14” off the ground it is only 11”. I would not recommend this bed frame to anyone.
