Girlfriend absolutely loves it!! I have no idea why she does because I use a blanket to keep me warm but she uses it to hold the 1000 blankets she has.DISCLAIMER - IT DOES NOT HOLD 1000 BLANKETS! IT WAS SARCASM but man she does have a lot of blankets

I was looking for a simple blanket shelf to put in my living room that would match the other wood furniture and wouldn't break the bank, and was pleasantly surprised when I found this one! Great value for the money and easy to put together. My only complaint is that the screws and hinges on the outer portion of the shelf are visible. They give you wood colored stickers to cover the screws up, but they don't really stay and don't look all the much better than just leaving the screws visible. The hinges in my opinion also don't look great but I understand their purpose in allowing the other pieces top ship in a reasonable sized package.For reference - the other items in my living room are walnut colored and are a mix of vintage furniture and items from West Elm. I took a gamble since it wasn't really clear what color the ladder truly was but it's safe to say that it should match other Walnut colored items in your space.

This is what it looks like with quilts on it. I love it. Very easy to put up. Very stable. Comes with rubber to stick on both ends to keep it from sliding. It says it is 6’ tall but when it is leaned up against the wall it looks shorter. I would buy this again and recommend it. If I were to want to change anything it would be taller with more rungs. It also has ability to secure it to the wall. But it doesn’t move at all without it, so it’s just an option.

The only reason I'm writing this review is that the seller sent two marketing emails about customer satisfaction which I find silly considering the poor quality of the item. Not sturdy, due to hinged design. Not 6 feet tall as advertised, which is my biggest qualm. Not real wood, it's the kind of particle board with laminate film that scratches and get scraped during transit. Box had a label with the seller's name on it which I think is just kind of lazy FBA practice. Hardware came bent with no spare screws... If there was a QC process this wouldn't have happened. Overall, just a mediocre product.

First of all, the instructions to put this together were essentially non-existent. I was fine with that as an Ikea veteran, but if you are the kind of person that HAS to have instructions, you're going to have a bad time. I also had a very difficult time assembling it because the little screw driver than came with it was just a bit too small for the screws, so it was constantly slipping and it was very difficult to drive the screws in. I didn't have any screwdrivers that were the right size of it, so I had to resort to using a drill on it.All that being said, it looks fantastic in my living room, and while I don't typically like laminate wood, for a blanket ladder it works perfectly because I know it's not going to snag by fuzzy blankets.
