When they said "Heavy Duty" they meant that in terms of weight. We run a lot of cash and it miscounts frequently. Turn on the UM and MG and its even worse. I guess this product wouldn't be bad for small operations counting less than 1,000 notes daily. But for high volume, commercial purposes, I wouldn't trust it to accurately count cash.

Very good products it counts the money very good without any mistakes comparing to my old Royal counting machineand it have three speeds for counting the money in case if you have any old money and I love the fan that sucks all the dust down to a tray

The worst counter I've ever owned... It miscounts bills often. I had a $150 counter for ten years before I owned this one it worked perfectly until the day it died. Im currently searching for another counter like my old one
