I got this to wear as a lining underneath a crochet dress because it had little holes. It stayed in place the whole night and was comfortable. I happened to very bloated so it’s help as shapewear too! I’m going to start incorporating it more.

So I will agree with a lot of the reviews listed that at first glance and when I tried this on, I was like, no way… I couldn’t even get it over my thighs.But the secret to this is, you basically have to stretch it out and it will fit! I had to put it on and do a few squats to stretch it out, had no problem slipping it on!I bought this to wear underneath a dress and it does the job fine! Unfortunately the material of the dress does it no justice, but I will keep for future clothes to wear!I am about 5’9, 135 pounds. The small was perfect for me.

This is just a spandex slip. The bottom is so slim you can barely walk.

This does not hold you in at all. It's basically just a slip. I bought mine a size smaller so it would be extra tight. The only area that is tight is the grippy parts on the top and bottom. Everything else is just super loose, thin, extremely stretchy fabric that does nothing. If you need this to wear under a see-through dress, it's usable. If you want it for even the slightest bit of shapewear, don't waste your money! I'm 5'7 and 175 athletic build and just wanted a slightly more smooth look. This is not it if you're looking for that at all.

I don't write reviews often, so I hope this helps you. I'm going to be in a wedding in 1.5 months and the bride happened to pick a very unflattering satin metallic pink dress that shows every little lump, bump and issue, especially in the bum, hip, tummy and leg areas. To make matters worse, the back of the dress has a difficult lace up situation so getting it off to use the restroom is an absolute no go. Meaning any traditional shape wear (the shorts kind) is just not an option for me, due to this complexity. To say the least, I was feeling extremely uncomfortable about wearing this dress until this shaper came in the mail. It is exactly what I needed to fix all of those unsightly lumpy issues I was worried about and will be so easy to roll up for bathroom breaks and back down for dancing. It even does a great job of flattening and smoothing my tummy and lifting my bottom. I'm just seriously so grateful to have found this! Huge sigh of relief from this gal!
