After going gluten free, I found myself having problems with low energy and muscle cramping, which generally indicates low magnesium levels. Oral magnesium supplements are not very effective, but I didn't want to get into a big production trying alternatives. The magnesium flakes are surprisingly easy to use in a bath or foot soaks - relaxing and enjoyable to use, actually - and skin absorption is supposed to be the most effective way to supplement magnesium, so it's win win. Beware of magnesium products that contain anything other than pure magnesium flakes because it will completely defeat the purpose and you'll be throwing your money away. Product was delivered promptly, the seller was great to work with (I had problems with the free download) and my own research confirmed all the info in the free download. While it will take a while to bring my magnesium levels back up to where they should be, I'm having the pleasant surprise of my blood pressure and blood sugar consistently going down as well. I have been using Asutra magnesium chloride flakes topically for a month. I use them as a foot soak and have made magnesium oil with them. I feel it has helped with the neuropathy and muscles aches. I rub the oil on my feet at night and this also helps me to relax and sleep better. I must say I have been feeling a lot better since using Asutra magnesium flakes. From my understanding, the magnesium should be magnesium chloride in order to absorb best topically. I highly recommend this product.

Works very well. I mix with equal parts water and put in spray bottle. Spray on torso front and back daily. Better than taking all those supplements made in a lab. This stuff is the REAL THING, from NATURE. Apparently we're supposed to be bathing frequently in magnesium-rich waters coming from deep in the earth/lakes/mountains. Now we're all so depleted by processed and treated water, that magnesium-deficiency is an epidemic and the cause of many health problems including anxiety, muscle spasms, chronic joint pain, constipation, convulsions (I had all of those until I started supplementing magnesium 20 years ago). Magnesium formulated in labs has to be chelated with other substances to become powder and I finally couldn't tolerate those chelating agents anymore, so I'm SO GLAD I found this REAL magnesium from nature. Seriously soaks the pain away!!! My man got me a bag for Christmas and I used it up quick and had to have more! For anyone with muscle pains and aches, this is the best!! Wayyyy better than Epsom salts!

Most of us don't realize that we have magnesium deficit. Magnesium is extremely important for the body to function properly. Absorbing magnesium through our skin is a more efficient way to give our bodies what they need, as opposed to taking it orally. My feet thank me every time I give them a soak with magnesium flakes, not to mention, I am more relaxed and I sleep better. Asutra's product is great. I also purchased magnesium oil from Asutra and apply it to sore muscles and joints. It takes a few applications to feel the difference, but it does work. It is really great the product is the third time that I buy the product for my mother who is 76 years old and has alltritis and many times she cannot sleep from the pain with this product the pain is in control

I have noticed that this product works better than epsom salt for soaking. I have even used the lotion form of it on my face when I get spasms near my eye from lack of sleep and stress. It instantly stops the twitching. The only downside is that it's pricey to soak in. Which is what I need. I've always had issues with my calfs not feeling at rest when I'm trying to sleep until I discovered magnesium chloride.
