I am very satisfied with my purchase of this item. It fulfilled my needs

Difficult to use at best. I tried using several forms. The fill in the blank version form has to be fully re-typed because of all the stuff that didn't apply to my situation (other wise there's a lot of crossing out). The editable version is ok. You have to be sure to read the instructions very carefully. There are statements that need to be in the final contract that are not part of the form they give you. The instructions tell you to add it yourself. Lastly, the forms shown in the instructions are not the same s the one you fill out.

Has everything I needed

It did not meet my expectations because I anticipated it to be a more helpful program that led you through completing the forms you needed byasking appropriate questions that fit my needs. Instead, there were just basic forms for the user to fill in. In the past, I had used another programwhich was much more user friendly. For about the same cost, I could have gone to one of the legal websites and had my needed documents prepared and reviewed by a professional.

for the money it was a a pretty decent collection of legal forms .......... it was easy to use and find what you wanted .... you can print them out and fill it out by hand or you can also type in what you need prior to printing ...... over all for the money, I would recommend it
