If it's being absorbed all the way to his back then you're either using the wrong size, or the belly band is being left on too long. I use a competing brand (PP) and the absorbent area never leads up to the back. The belly band isn't meant to be left on all day without changing and one should continue to let the dog go outside as often as possible. Also, always check your dogs private areas and belly to make sure they don't develop urine scalds.

Q: I’d like to put this on my dog when we are at work- it is ok for him to wear this all day if he does pee??

I would say not if you work 4 hours or more and depending on the size of your dog. If he is outside for a good while before you go to work and is already house trained you will probably be alright but these are NOT disposable diapers that will wisk the wetness away from him. They do hold a good bit but if he isn't house trained or just can't hold it I would opt for the disposable ones for more then 4 hours

Q: I just got my husky fixed and he is scratching at the stitches will this hope protect them or do you think it will cause an infect?

It may. It’s got Velcro ends but the middle Is elastics I it’s not too tight. But he may just scratch it off. My dogs were horrified and flipped and flopped everywhere. They have gotten used to them now though.

Q: The dimensions of this product show 32 inches, how does it fit a 34 inch waist. If you have to stretch it that much it will be uncomfortably tight?

Hello, thank you for your question for our male belly band diaper. The velcro is 5 inches wide, so you could stick half of the velcro to make the girth longer. Besides, The band itself is expandable which could expand about 10% of its original size. Hope this could help you. Best Regards Damero INC
