After a little searching, I came across this and ordered it up. Works wonders and is relatively small. Our solar system hits anywhere between 10 and 14 VDC, so this unit was a perfect match. The terminal block is nice too. FYI, this does suck a lot of power since converting from 12VDC up to 48VDC is not very efficient. If you do use it in a solar application, make sure to add more capacity.
