I have a cast iron stomach so I've never personally had the whole "made me burp nasty fish smells" experience with ANY product, these are capsulated with a tasteless outer "skin" which, btw, becomes sticky when wet so to prevent unpleasant throat sensations do not set down on wet counter and swallow with barely any water. Just a tip from the wise.

More convenient than buying in a store
My doctor recommended fish oil rather than a more expensive prescription drug (for heart disease). I take it daily, and it's convenient to be able to order it online if I forget to pick it up in the store.
