A Cold Case in Amsterdam Central

Really enjoyed this book - very interesting to read a crime novel set in another country. The characters are qdrawn, the plot has a number of twists and turns, and the solution nearly wraps up all the strands. Would definitely recommend.

Great follow-up on detective Lotte Meerman, with a bunch of intriguing strands and twists coming together. I love this setting, and how the past and present Netherlands is integral to the story. Lotte continues to be a thoroughly determined but also conflicted and very human detective - an engrossing page turner.

This is the second book in the series and I enjoyed it every bit as much as the first. I warmed to the central characters in book 1 and liked how the author continued to develop them in this one. Looking forward to the next.
