E-Z Way Restoration Products Silverplater 4 oz

Have used this product for years for home restoration of tarnished silverplated product -- mostly old 50s/60s era banquet serving pieces. Does a great job removing tarnish and replating silver on objects that have not had their base metal worn off. The photo shows an old art deco salt & pepper shaker set polished with the product. Surface needs to be smooth & undamaged. This product only electroplates new silver molecules. It cannot fix surface blemishes. Product is a little bit grainy and caused a brushed silver appearance. I used NevrDull to remove the brushed effect. I contacted the company about this and their customer service was great. Company has another product called Silversmith that is not grainy & does not cause any swirls in the finish. I much prefer the second product.

Easy to use with great results. Always remember to wear gloves when using!

After my parents passed away I got the old silver ware which was actually silver plated. The salad forks had the silver worn off most likely because all the siblings used them the most. After I bought a bottle of this the silver was restored on those forks and I could not have been more excited and pleased! I first found this product at a home show in Phoenix, AZ probably around 2000. I use to order direct from their headquarters in Oregon but now it comes through Amazon.
