The iron arrived broken and the box looks like has been opened
I received the iron today. The box looks like it was opened before. I was trying to used the product and it was broken. There is leakage from the base of the steam generator. The water tank was empty by half in 5 minutes. I was only trying to iron 1 T-shirt. I was using Philips steam iron for the last 6 years. This one is definitely broken. I have to return it. This is very upsetting.
