Fat Daddio's White Fondant, Vanilla, 8 oz

This product had great quality and was easy to use. Rolled and covered greatly.I was not too fond of the flavor. Please not Im not too big on eating fondant however I have tasted better.

Okay - to be fair - this is WAAAAAAAAY better than normal fondant. However, it's not as good as *cough*Fonderific*cough*. I had to use fondant for a Darth Vader birthday cake. This is okay - and if I had not tried the other - I would have thought of it as great. I used this on my practice cake and it worked great!!I have read reviews that homemade is best - and bless those reviewers' hearts - I am sure that is true. However, I did not have the time or patience to fiddle-foodle around - I needed it to taste good, be fast, easy to work with and look good. This fits that bill.

Good quality, great flavor and easy to used. The only thing is the colir is almost black

Coloring white fondant red has always been tricky. So much due makes it soft and hard to work with. So I decided, for my son’s 1st birthday, to buy it pre-colored.It was fine to work with and the color was great but it did “drip” a bit after sitting outside for only a short period of time and it was September... not really hot or humid.But I would still buy it again over mixing it myself!

Easy to work with. I usually make my own fondant using an online recipe with marshmallows (my grandkids prefer), but rely on premade for dark colors. I bought the gray variety and it was easy to use and dark - as I wanted.

I build figures for cakes out of fondant as well as covering the cake with it. It's not quite stiff enough on its own, like marzipan, say, but with added confectioners sugar it can be shaped and finished well. It takes color well. The taste is ok - I prefer homemade, but it's a lot easier to use this. I've read reviews comparing Fat Daddios and Wilton for taste - I find them to be equivalent.

This stuff was easy to use, bright in color and perfect. I was actually surprised when it came, I expected it to be dry but it was not. Sealed in an air tight blue bag. Definitely worth the money.

This was really great to use... I had no tearing or alligator skin. I did find a few ting lumps of hard fondant but nothing that made a huge difference.My Holloween Decorating Event was a great success. Thank goodness I didn't have to make all that black fondant.

Fondant was a nice colour red! Easier then trying to make red myself!
