Good quality and durable.
Pulley seems of good quality and a smooth running operation of the pulley itself. Nice working size for rope climbing.

Be warned. Bushing, not a bearing, inside.
Be aware that this is a bushing-based device. It does not use a rolling-element bearing. Read the fine print and do your research! There is a significant difference in efficiency between this and a similar rolling-element bearing pulley. If you're using this as part of a multi-pulley system, the compounded friction might become a problem; But, if you're using just one, it probably won't be a problem at all.Nice, robust product.

Does what you want
I've used this for a couple months and it works great for me. I always use a carabiner to hang it and it only shows limited wear. Low friction, easy to lay the rope on. I use 10mm rope with no problems.

Best purchase for climbing.
I like to use single rope technique and this allowed me to ascend with ease. Not much to sat other than it's weight is light and performance is outstanding.

Used in a tree rigging job
Summary: Covering a couple of related products I used in a tree cutting. The tree had a slight lean towards houses, so as added insurance I wanted to put a rope on it just to pull it back (in addition to wedging it). The tree is an Albezia, which is a light wood (like balsa), and very weak; but this one was probably 40 feet tall by 6-7" at the trunk, so still enough to cause a bit of irritation for the neighbors.2) PETZL Fixe Pulley (2 each)https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0035POG52Pros: simple operation, can insert/remove rope in middleCons: bushing, not bearingPros/Cons also listed below for individual items.1) Rope: generic 3/8" poly rope (from the hardware store)2) PETZL Fixe Pulley (2 each)https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0035POG52Pros: simple operation, can insert/remove rope in middleCons: bushing, not bearing3) Metolius Element Key Lock Carabiner (3 each)https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0026LXQ8OPros: big beefy carabiner; locking gate is simple to operateCons: just a bit heavy4) Fusion Climb Aluminum Descender Plate (1 each)https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B008KEDV36Pros: great fit/finish, bright color (hard to lose)Cons: none5) Keeper (02604 6' x 1" Lift Sling, 1 Ply (1 each, pulley anchor point)https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00I5HRFSUPros: black wear guard on endsCons: none6) GM CLIMBING 8mm (5/16) Prusik Loop Pre-Sewn 18 inches/24 inches (1 each, anchor point)https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M5FIZUBPros: Nice stiching; clear shrink wrap for protection of stiching; loops sizes can be adjustedCons: none

Sturdy and compact.
Use a couple of these for cable workouts at my home gym. The max load (23kn) is high enough for most people while not costing an arm and a leg. Paragon wanted to charge like 98$ for one of these. I think I got it on amazon for 20-30 each so a great value and a I saved about 300 on having to get a dedicated cable workout machine.
