I usually use the KT tape brand because I haven’t found other brands that stick as well and can stay on for multiple days. I love the addition of the menthol and magnesium and this tape works very well and stays on for days. Will be purchasing again.

My favorite KT tape, I have repurchased multiple times, and I swear it really works. Love the cooling sensation and support. It stays on pretty well if you put it on properly. Can wear in the shower and it will stay on. If you leave it on multiple days it’s usually easy to take off. If you try to take it off too early or too quickly it can hurt or take skin, but that’s the same any KT tape. I would recommend to anyone who has minor tendon or muscle pains, it truly helps.

This tape stays on well (just make sure you don't have any oily product on your skin). I'm not sure about the pain relief part of it. I don't smell anything medicinal on the tape, and can't really say that I felt any special pain relief, but compared to the cheaper brands from the drugstore, this tape works well, and it's a nice neutral color.

I recently purchased Heali Tape and tried it out on my daughter's knee to help with some instability. The directions were clear and straightforward. The tape was easy and quick to apply, and is still sticking on well after 3 days. Since applying the tape my daughter has noticed less tension around her knee and has not had any restrictions with physical activity. She also felt a pleasant cooling sensation after taking a shower. Would definitely recommend this product!

Peels after a day and bruises skin when taking off

Great product at great price point. Purchased 2 different tapes. One for upper arm muscle and the other for golf elbow snd forearm pain. Really helped a lot. Highly recommend
