Best using for more than 2 years now, its great. Something went wrong in the conical burr of the grinder, I emailed them and even after 2 years of purchase, they still gave top notch support. Probably the best electric grinder for coffee.

The mouth of the collector tray is too large and spills a lot of coffee grounds while emptying into any coffee gearHowever, that said, it is a great product at this price and therefore easily undermines any of the cons listed.

Works as mentioned in the product description. Very dependable when it comes to the grind size which is configurable.

The media could not be loaded. Can’t fix the bottom plastic washer in that screw. It is coming out easily. The battery is also draining out, few months only I bought this machine. Don’t buy it , wastage of money.

I am very surprised to see this product working amazing. There are multiple grind size options available with the perfect quality. It completes 1 cup coffee grind almost 1 to 2 mins. The best part is you can carry and travel anywhere and use it.
