I absolutely love my new fireplace TV stand! It looks beautiful in my living room and gives such a warm, cozy feel. The built-in fireplace adds the perfect touch of comfort, especially in the evenings. The assembly was surprisingly easy—everything was clearly labeled and the instructions were simple to follow. It only took about 3 hour to put together on my own, and all the parts fit perfectly. The quality feels solid and it holds my TV securely. Overall, it’s an amazing piece that combines style, function, and a relaxing vibe. I highly recommend it!

Great electric fireplace, charming and puts out enough het for our sun room. It does take two people to put it together, but the instructions were great, the hardware parts were clearly labeled and partitioned in a packet so that there was no confusion on how to put it together. The diagram was the clearest we have ever seen for a product needed assembly.

When I purchased this I was a little worried because all the reviews said it takes 3+ hours to put together and it's very heavy and sometimes hardware was missing. We decided to give it a shot since we were using gift cards to cover the purchase. Once it got delivered it was a little heavy to get inside but I just used a dolly to move it. Once inside I laid it down and unpacked everything. At this point nothing was heavy anymore. I went over everything to make sure I had all pieces and hardware. Everything came perfectly packed and received everything I needed to put it together. Now the fun part, putting it all together. I have to say the instructions were very easy and took any worry I had away. It only took me about 2 hours to put together with the necessary screwdrivers and tools. If I would have used a drill it would have gone a lot quicker but I wouldn't recommend using one. Just stick to the screwdrivers. I have to say that this stand is extremely sturdy and built strong. I was very impressed with the final product and look. When I turned the electric fireplace on it turned on right away. The remote is easy to use and set up. This unit heats up our living room very quickly. Our living room is about 500 square feet. It's also nice to know we can have the fireplace going with no heat coming out as well. We purchased a brand new 58" TV for this stand and it fits perfectly. I definitely wouldn't go over 60" for it but the TV sits perfectly and finishes off the great look. This was one of the best purchases we have ever made. Totally 100% satisfied.

I knocked one star off this item because the assembly instructions that come with it say it takes between 30 minutes and an hour to assemble. Baloney. While the instructions are clear enough, there is page after page of steps, each step multi-faceted, and the amount of hardware, screws, brackets, etc is more than I have ever encountered on a piece of furniture that you have to assemble yourself. Granted, I got it done and used each and every part and screw with nothing missing from the package. Lining up the cabinet doors was a bit challenging, but after some precise OCD finagling, they are close to perfectly aligned. I put this thing together over a 3-day period and if I had to guess I'd say 3-4 hours total to assemble. Give yourself a large and comfortable work area too, this helps. Having said that, my wife and I absolutely love the assembled product. It's ideal to set a 55 inch or larger TV on top of, with plenty of depth to accommodate just about any television stand. The height is perfect too for viewing a TV from a couch or chair. It is sturdy, has a leveler on the bottom center that can be raised or lowered, and the design on the back for cords is great. The fake fireplace looks realistic enough, and has 4 levels to choose from. The heater works great, and the heat comes out of the top of the fireplace unit at a good trajectory not too close to the TV. The remote works great. If you are looking for an heirloom piece of fine furniture, do not buy this. It's processed pressed wood particles and sawdust with thin fake veneer or some kind of plastic covering that simulates nice wood on the outside. If you want an inexpensive piece of furniture that will do the job adequately, by all means, buy this. I would totally purchase this again and recommend it, just buy a bottle of wine or a 6-pack first and turn the assembly into a fun project 'cause you ain't gonna slap it together quickly!

First the wood and finish, great! The heating unit, perfect and awesome! Fireplace log has different levels of brightness with flames and two levels of brightness for “simmering logs” effect. It has a thermostat so you can set the temp, 66-82F & “On” which means max temp continuously blowing. It has a timer, 30 minutes, 1,2,4,6 hours. Heating unit is great and does not burn so no need to worry bout pets accidentally getting burned. The catch: many reviews mention “it’s loud”. At first it’s not BUT it did get loud but the reason is because of the bolts and screws provided for the wooden furniture. The castors included are flimsy, do not really provide a great “lock” and they shift when locking. My issue is that the castors would break when “locking” the wooden panels together that holds the heating unit. That is the reason it’s loud. The heating unit is held in place by six small wooden screws (3 on each side) and a slide brack on the bottom that is also screwed onto the wood. If the housing was made better, it would not be loud. I got it on a huge sale price so I am not too upset but as far as regular price goes, def would look at other models from the same brand! Tv fits fine, 60” tv with soundbar, Xbox series s, switch (1st gen with dock) and the 5” echo show 2023 model fit in the cubbies above the heater and does not get hot. Cable management holes are decent and can work cabling around. The bigger cabinets are nicely sized and have adjustable height shelves which is a plus! Great look and still happy with it!

I read all of the negative reviews about the poor packaging and difficulty of the assembly process and expected the worst. The Amazon delivery team brought the unit into my home and placed it where asked. One of the corners of the carton was damaged, but the unit was packaged exceptionally well preventing any damage from being transferred to the internal components. The assembly instructions are very clear and have pictures of each panel and all hardware. The pre-drilled holes line up perfectly with the pieces which they are intended to connect. Any person with minimal mechanical skills, who has the patience to follow the instructions, should be able to assemble the unit in about 3-4 hours. Having a 2nd person help would be beneficial and reduce the assembly time. The remote control works as represented from my chair located about 8' away, the unit turns on/off instantly, each setting works flawlessly producing a true fireplace look with or without heat. A few words of caution: The material utilized is particle particle board, which isn't forgiving. This means that the cam screws must be installed squarely and at the correct height, otherwise they won't line up with the adjoining piece. If these screws are installed crooked (at an angle) and the user attempts to straighten them - the particle board will break. Enjoy - what a great Fireplace & console !

Box may be 150 lbs, and I can leg press close to that, but I could not pull it up my porch stairs on a hand cart (the last step being an inch higher than the rest), without hearing my back have a HUGE pop and going to Urgent Care. Please don’t be as foolish as I was - have someone help you get it in the house! Or open the box outside, and bring it in in smaller boxes (3) or open those boxes and bring the pieces in on their own. I will add that I am an older woman, so a larger man could probably pull that up without issue, but just be aware. (btw, after X-rays, It ended up just being a serious muscle strain - though not sure what the pop was.) When I checked the parts, I was missing a bracket. I called the number on the insert flyer and they were prompt to answer and quickly gathered my information. They told me it would take 14 business days, but the part(s) arrived in only 2 business days (Priority Mail). And they sent ALL hardware again rather than just the piece I was missing. That was going above and beyond. Who knows - it may come in handy. I was able to put it together (on pain killers the next day), slowly but surely. Altogether, I would say it took me, by myself, 3 hours, and I was slow. Everything fit perfectly and it feels very well-made. I had none of the issues others have had - no scratches, instructions were clear. Here are the things I like about it: ▪ Very well-packed boxes - everything was packed snugly for minimal movement during shipping ▪ Cutouts in the back cardboard behind the cupboards for cables (can be seen in one or more of my pictures) ▪ An additional slot shaped into the 2nd level for cables (the shelf your media players sit on) VERY handy for hiding any sign of cables! ▪ Lots of space behind the fireplace insert to tuck extra cables (the insert is not very deep at all - thus leaving the space behind it) ▪ Cupboards with doors that hide clutter like batteries, remotes, DVDs, spare cables, etc. ▪ Realistic-looking flames - nice for ambience ▪ Remote control for the fireplace with lots of settings and temperature control - has great fan output ▪ Very well-made construction ▪ Looks very good Things I don’t like: ▪ Corners are a little scratchy and if wearing something nice, could catch and ruin the clothing ▪ Would have given 4 stars because of quality control not catching the missing part, but added another .5 stars for such prompt delivery of the part, so rounded up to 5 Additional helpful dimensions not included in description (see my photos): ▪ Media player shelf: ~15” D x ~5” H (excludes minimal additional height on other side of lip) ▪ Cupboard: ~14” D x 18.5” H x ~13” W (depth goes to inner edge of door for closure; width does not include full inner width - only the width for fitting an object through the opening; Height is total height without shelf) ▪ Cupboard shelf heights: ~8.5”, or ~9.75”, or ~11” I've now had it for six months, and the grandkids love turning on the flames (but without heat for the summer!), and I haven't had any problems and still love how it looks and feels in my home.

It looks nice but the wood that is used is so flimsy don’t expect it to last more than a year. It is bowing so badly I don’t trust putting anything valuable on it. The door panels have become unaligned and do not close easily. When I originally ordered it I called the customer service and they said after screwing the back panel on it will straighten it out. But the screws wound up popping out of the backing. Now they changed customer service for only online to their website, probably because they are getting a lot of calls. But the website doesn’t work. I tried reaching out to them on Facebook and they don’t respond from there either. Get a different tv stand. I don’t think that the stand could accommodate having a tv on top of it. In the last picture the backing has come undone in multiple spots.

The heater works great to warm up my cold basement. It was a 2-person assembly job and thank goodness my husband has assembled cabinets before because I couldn’t have done it alone. I wouldn’t have understood the hardware. It took an hour or more to assemble but it wasn’t too difficult. The plastic feet in the centre made it wobbly so we took them off and it looks great!! Highly recommend.

It’s a great fireplace/tv stand. I picked this one for the height. It’s very sturdy & I love that these Amazon speaker stands match beautifully. I also love that the cupboards are big enough to fit the stereo in it, to hide it. It takes an hour to assemble by yourself just make sure it’s right side up. Best part..it’s delivered to your door.

I ordered a Black unit. This unit has a Black woodgrain paper laminate. Took a while before arrived. Arrived damaged pieces and lots of scratches and a few chips in front pieces. Replacement pieces took another few weeks and also arrived in worse condition than original shipment. Company was contacted and resulted in me keeping the fireplace and using what I could and covering damage with a Black permanent marker so not so obvious. With the Unit being Black with a paper laminate you can really see the damaged whereas I believe a woodgrain would not be so visible. Easy to put together and comes with an instruction manual that had a couple of errors but easy to figure out. All pieces were included and nothing missing. Unit once put together was level and all pieces fit evenly. All in all the unit firebox works well so far and from a distance it is a very nice looking unit. The suggestion I would make is that plugs for the cam locks and the front screws would be nice to finish off the piece so they are not so visible. I believe it would make the unit look more professional. The design where the cords go for hooking up are in really good places on the unit. The level blocks used for supports and leveling the unit at the bottom could have been #1 - wider or # 2 just one long one for the middle underneath for support. I found that no support in the center of the unit underneath. It would also be a benefit if the company had paper or some kind of protection between the boards in their shipping boxes and that would really help in where possibly no scratch or chipped boards. Also more styrofoam on the perimeter of each box would protect from corner damage. But the one box on my replacement order that I got had the styrofoam and tape totally off one end - this is a shipping issue not the companies product! The replacement policy is Excellent but how many times should you have to replace when the shipping keeps damaging the boxes??? Company was EXCELLENT in handing my issue and I am satisfied with their offer and Rated a 4star because of the issues regarding my order.

Liked everything about this electric tv console. The rustic colored one is beautiful and the price is right on. Easy to assemble when you separate all the pieces and place them in order. The manual explains very well how to assemble. Nothing arrived damaged and neither missing parts. Takes a while to assemble but patience is what you need as there are so many bits and pieces. Looks beautiful and fireplace is gorgeous. Thank you.

We ordered this item and it came in a timely manner and is as described. The packaging had some issues, and once Inspected all parts, found one of the shelf pieces had damage. I contacted the manufacturer and in less than 24 hours has a response and a repair ticket issued. They needed some information and once I provided that, they rush ordered me the replacement piece. outstanding customer support. Thank you so much, we love the TV stand
