Same issues every one else has experienced with the keypad
ProIts big, its powerful, its vercitile.Does every thing is says it does. Its a microwave that works.ConsLittle noisey when it first starts to microwave (been reported in other reviews)But most importantly is the keypad. It can be a little difficult to use. doesnt always respond to the first press. Often needs to be pressed at an angle or harder. This has been reported before.Conculsion. It works, just a little difficult to use because of the keypad.

It needs a plastic try to sit below the convection bars. To stop a messy clean up when and if things go wrong.
