Come as described and works really Great.
Easy to use, very well designed and built. Great value for the money, once the tips are at proper temperature they stay hot for quite awhile. Love this item, I purchased it for my granddaughter who is in college and for myself. We both build a lot of crafts made out of various materials and it works great.I would recommend this product for anyone who enjoys build various types of crafts.

Works great, gets very hot, tool holder is tippy.
This wood burner works great, but be very careful with the wire tool. That tool gets really hot and you can start a fire with it. The holder for the two burning tools is shaky so when I use it, I actually tape it to my work surface with painters tape.

The instructions and information for each piece. Is unclear. The product itself is great.

Exactly what I was looking for!
This burner is perfect for all my wood burning and hat burning projects., being able to control the heat separately for the pens makes my projects go som much faster!

Son loves it!
My son has been into pyrography for a few years now. He had some basic wood burners from Hobby Lobby at first and wanted to upgrade so we got this for him 2 years ago for Christmas. It was a hit! He can have each burner set up with a different tip, fine tune the heat, have 1 off and still work with the other. He absolutely loves it.

Don't Buy If your serious
I had this less than three or four months. I used it a few times when I got it. Got busy with canning and harvest. Pulled it out to do Christmas presents and didn't even use it for an hour and it quit working never to turn on again. Not worth it. Seemed like a good product but don't let it fool you.
