Perfect Transition Bottle – Baby and Parent Approved
Dr. Brown's Milestones Sippy Straw Bottle has been a lifesaver for us! The wide-neck design is super easy to fill and clean, and the weighted straw means my baby can drink from any angle—even when reclining. The 100% silicone handles are soft, easy for little hands to grip, and help encourage independent drinking. It doesn’t leak, travels well, and the gray and green colors look great. It’s the perfect next step after bottles, and my 6-month-old took to it right away. Highly recommend for an easy, stress-free transition!

Does not leak!!
My 18 month old loves these and they are easy to use and hold. They do not leak, which is a huge plus. It is easy to clean and reassemble.

Great valve straw
We usually stick to valve free straw cups like the ezpz or TumTum brand, but we wanted a bottle that my 13 month old could invert without spilling. My son took to this bottle easily despite valve straws being harder to drink from than free flowing ones. He finds this bottle really interesting and keeps wanting to drink from it. The straw comes apart in two pieces and pulls out from the cup easily making every part of the bottle easy to clean. This bottle comes with a straw cleaner which is a bonus. I find that it leaks a little when you open the lid because water stays trapped in the straw, but it doesn’t spill when inverted.

I recommend it, excellent for babies 6 months and older.
Excellent, I loved them for my baby. Good material, very durable, easy to wash. I loved it, and the great thing is that you can adapt a bottle from the same Doctor Brawn bottles.

Too big. Bad design for baby’s.
Still the great quality of Dr. Brown sippy cups. It was an excellent price. It was the size that I had an issue with. I purchased these for my 9 month old granddaughter. And they were a challenge to hold because they were so big. So I only give 4 stars. If you’re looking for a beginner sippy cup, I would not recommend this one. The original Dr Brown sippy I would.

Dr. Brown’s Milestones Wide-Neck Sippy Bottle – The Perfect Transition from Bottle to Cup! 🍼➡️🥤
Transitioning from bottles to sippy cups can be a challenge — but Dr. Brown’s Milestones Wide-Neck Sippy Bottle makes it smooth, easy, and spill-free. Designed with little hands and developing mouths in mind, this sippy bottle is the perfect in-between step for babies learning to drink independently. Why We Love It:🍼 Familiar Bottle Shape: If your baby already uses Dr. Brown’s bottles, this feels instantly familiar — helping reduce fuss during the transition.💧 Soft Silicone Sippy Spout: Gentle on gums and designed for easy sipping, perfect for babies starting around 6 months and up.🙌 Handles Made for Tiny Hands: The removable, easy-grip handles are a lifesaver — our toddler mastered holding it in no time.🚫 No-Spill Design: The valve system prevents leaks, so it's safe for tossing in the diaper bag or handing to your baby without worrying about messes.🧼 Easy to Clean: All parts come apart easily and are dishwasher safe (top rack), which is a big plus for busy parents.Parent Pro Tip:Pair it with Dr. Brown’s formula or breastmilk if your baby is still transitioning — they’ll barely notice the change, and you’ll feel great knowing they’re learning new skills.Final Thoughts:The Dr. Brown’s Milestones Sippy Bottle is a must-have for that tricky bottle-to-cup stage. It combines familiarity, functionality, and thoughtful design into one stress-free solution for parents and babies alike.I love it so much I have bought it multiple times in the past year always the 2 pack.

It’s ok.
This is a good brand to begin with. I trust the quality. I bought these for my 1.5 age granddaughter because she wanted to always drink from my water bottle. But the way it works is not ideal. The straw bends when you pull back the top and it’s not easy for her to sip from. The straw is weighted on the bottom so the straw stays put even when it’s tilted. The handles are nice that there are 2 and it’s a safe plastic. But the design isn’t great. I don’t think I’d buy them again with this particular design.

Prefer this over the Munchkin
PROS:These have a better assembly and are way easier to clean. I feel like they are actually getting cleaned when throwing the parts on the top rack of the dishwasher. No useless pipette cleaner needed. The cup also comes with measurements on the side so you can keep track of your baby’s liquids (the other one doesn’t), and the straw isn’t as difficult to suck fluids through. The lid also locks into the open position, unlike the other one.CONS:It’s not 100% leak proof, as any fluid left in the top of the straw will fling out when dropped, but every other weighted straw cup I found is similar. Also, you may get pressure buildup at times, so just unscrew the lid to release the pressure and screw immediately back on (this also happens with the other one). The weighted mechanism on the bottom isn’t functionally as good as the Munchkin, but it works well enough. Just shake the cup if it gets slightly stuck. Sometimes the seal underneath the lid doesn’t tighten correctly and the baby isn’t able to suck the liquid up the straw; to fix this you may need to reset the rubber piece into the plastic lid so that it creates the airtight seal again. With that said, I prefer this one over the other one as the pros outweighs the cons after months of using both.
