Easy to chew/swallow. For me, the best.
I swear by these. Easy to chew, swallow.. nice taste. Other Melatonins are chalky and crunchy and not pleasant at all. For me, they work.

Flavor
It worked just fine, didn't wake groggy and fell asleep easily. What I didn't care for was the taste/flavor. I had mistakenly bought that vs a berry variety. I've not wanted to waste so it is fine if swallowed with a drink.

Great flavor
These have a great flavor. They dissolve quickly. My children have no problem with these.

Bad taste
Taste aweful very bitter , does not taste like peppermint. Beware. Also 3mg melatonin works better. I won't buy again. Very disappointed.
