4 Less Co 33x79 Aluminum Retractable Banner Stand Trade Show Roll Up Display Sign, 33x79 inch

I used to to re-sell it but these are coming back defective the sprint is not strong enough to retract the banner not recommend. I bought 4 all of then have some issues looks to me this guy is selling refused merchandise ( salvage) on amazon.

All 4 banner stands were damaged internally. There were small broken parts and the spring tension was not working. I have used these style banner stands for years and this is the first time I have had an issue. I do not believe it is a manufacturing problem I believe the damage was in the fulfilment process.I will be returning all 4 banner stands.

It was easy enough to assemble, but we had difficulty getting it to pull the banner inside the tube to store it for transport. Then, the very 1st time we pulled it out to set it up, it tore the banner! It was perfectly centered and the edge of the banner was about a 1/2 inch inside the end of the tube, so I have no idea what it got caught on, but my expensive banner is ruined!

Stay away! Stand came with the spring activation key missing! So the banner will not roll back into the unit. And.....I have a show tomorrow. Shame on me for waiting but double shame on Amazon and the manufacturer.

i order the items they send defective. i returned it and they gave me defective. this is worst.

The instructions are not helpful.
