Microsoft Modern USB Headset

Headset itself is very good. Seller shipped the item on time. But the issue with my headset is during the calls I hear a very disturbing ticking/tapping sound, it happens suddenly and in 30 mins - 1 hr it happens again. Very bad experience and it almost can make temporary deafness in the ears. It is not like a static buzz sound, it just happens in seconds and feels terrible. I started a return process, just want to buy a new one hoping it was a specific issue to that headset...

Stopped working after one month. Limited VC usage. Try a different brand to avoid disappointment

The headset itself is great. Good audio quality and the background noise reduction is superb. Its just the plastic part of the headset which is really flimsy. Mine got a crack which I tried rejoining using UHU adhesive, but after a few days, it got another crack just above the previous one. Disappointed with the material quality.

Nachdem meine Firma auf Teams umgestellt hat brauchte ich ein neues Headset. Einfach den USB Stick eingesteckt und alles lief wie von selbst. Headset wurde sofort erkannt und die Qualität ist klasse.

Con muy buena cancelacion de ruido y con muy poco peso. He tenido otros mas baratos y quizá con mejor sonido pero con otros contras…Aunque llevandolos todo el dia en mi melón me apretan un poquito por lo demas son muy recomendables para trabajar desde casa.

Plug and play perfetto sia per le cuffie che per il microfono. Il fatto che Teams le veda al volo in tutte le possibili configurazioni è un valore aggiunto non da poco. Ottime sia con Windows 10 che con Windows 11.Prezzo complessivamente giusto. Se si cerca una maggior qualità audio occorre andare su prodotti di fascia più elevata. Queste sono per software unified communications, quindi privilegiano la comunicazione verbale rispetto alla musica e ad altre fonti audio.

If your PC isn’t solely set up for MS applications, be prepared for a slight hissing sound whilst waiting to communicate through them (not a real issue, hence the five stars).Also, the mic is set on the left only, with no opportunity to switch to the right (once again, not a deal breaker).Invested in a pair of these headphones as the ones provided by my work (Sennheisers) are too tight around the head and ears. The MS set are a lot more comfortable, with better noise cancellation. Definitely a good choice.
