Morphy Richards 12 in 1 Steam Cleaner Kills 99.9% of Bacteria Around The Home, White/Green

I purchased this item that within the first couple months it worked fine. However within 3 months some serious faults have developed. The water container does no longer retain the water, on 3 separate occasions the water has poured out all over my floor and each time tripped my electrics. I contacted Amazon to report the faults, they advised me to contact the Provider. I have contacted this company, they suggested various ideas to test the appliance. All of these have been done previously so I was therefore asked to return to Amazon to advise that the appliance is faulty, this is virtually impossible, phone line constantly engaged, and I was the put though to Amazon to type up my complaint so that someone could reply. I am a touch typist and started to type my reply but after 1 minute it timed out, telling me I had been idle for this time. Strange as I had to wait longer than this for my online help assistant to type up her opening line to me. I feel very disappointed, not sure if it is with the product or the lack of back up service. 3 months of use only.

It's a combi unit so can be used as a mop or hand held for smaller jobs. As a mop it feels slightly flimsy but works well and the pad picked up quite a bit of dirt despite the floor being very recently cleaned. The design of where the cord wraps up is flawed as the housing where the lead comes out the unit pushes the rest of the lead off the hooks it's supposed to rest on. Now had the device for a few weeks and not being able to tidyily put the cord away is infuriatingThe handheld works well-the amount of gunk it cleaned from around the taps was both impressive and gross.Despite the above issues when and where it can be used it works very well. On high shine surfaces its best to have a dry towel handy to buff them up afterwards or you will get streaks particularly when using just the handheld unit.Despite the above issues I will keep and continue to use it as it is effective on the places it's design doesn't prevent it from reaching

I hope to update this review over time:Day1- the cloth attaches well with the Velcro to the base, cleaned well, steam is adjustable with the dial, I like it’s continuous steam, turn the knob back and steam stops, no water splutters or leaks from anywhere, looks plastic, is plastic, not elegance if that’s important, day1 it functions, left wood floor clean, no streaks, no extra water anywhere, is easier to glide when steam knob is at mid point, any less and it is a struggle to push around, stands on its own, without falling down, the wire well tucked away on side when you finish. Overall works well, good exercise for the arms and floor dry and clean. Will update as I use it. It came in its own box, no additional packaging, still to use the multi tools and as a handheld. The wire is long enough to do a room, unless your room is the size of my house :-) then you maybe don’t need this anyway! My first floor steam cleaner, it works.

Lightweight easy to pick up and clean wall tiles , cleans grout really well, we have an immaculate house and once I had finished cleaning the bathroom tiles the cloth was black and we clean twice a week with a regular mop and vacuum the bathroom twice a week. I did not read the instructions there is a knack to clicking the end bits on and because I didnt do it properly they kept falling off which can be unsafe however this was my error the mop is very safe

Great productIt's not been out of my wife's hand since I bought it well worth the money
