How do you not crap yourself with this?
The good:Taste is great...and blends well in a shake bottle...however that's about it.And there's a lot of it, should last around month if use as directed or a bit less..It's not 100% carnivore based on online standards.. but you do you.. 🙃Bad: Ive been trying this for around 4 days, subbing it in for meals, however it causes horrid bloating and gass. Along with that, if I was to pick up anything more than a jug of milk, id crap myself.. like straight diarrhea. I've never had a shake like product do this, this bad. The extreme bloating and diarrhea is too much.Id rather just skip a meal than try this again.If I could return it, I would but Ive of course opened it.. Just not worth it for me.

Headaches, inflammation
I’ve tried using this 4 separate goes. First it was 3 days in a row, where I also had a terrible headache the whole time. Then I tried it a few days later, once, had a headache that night and woke up with one. Then twice more, only one scoop, same thing. Dunno, but this causes terrible headaches for me. My gut does not like it - it gets terribly inflamed - and it’s not the meat - I eat meat all day. Things that stick out to me are the carageenan, soybean oil (gross, really?), dimethylpolysiloxane, polysorbate 60k, propylene glycol…. I switched to an organic plant based product because I needed something quick and safer so I don’t loose gains and my gut is happier. Too bad because the plant one tastes terrible while this I thought I found my dream shake with good taste. Looking for a new beef protein isolate. I’m usually a canary for toxic products... just saying… Will try MRE or another brand that has less crap in it
