Do not buy this toilet seat!
Do not buy this product. The quality is incredibly poor. The rubber plugs broke apart when I tried to tighten the bolts. The company did send me replacement rubber plugs, but the rubber was too weak to allow the bolts to be tightened enough. The "slow-close" hinges we're poorly designed which caused the lid and seat to be difficult to open. After two days of manually forcing the lid open, the hinges broke and leaked a think glue-like substance all over the toilet. This was not worth the money. Do not buy it.
