This supplement is very good. I suffer from severe leg cramps at night. Taking a tablet at bedtime has not stopped them completely but they come on much later in the night and are not as severe. I also drink a glass of Plenish coconut milk drink at the same time and taken together I sometimes get through the night with no cramps. Worth the expense.

Product is a Repeat as it’s the best cramp tablet I have ever had. My delivery was something g different. Box was all bashed and left in my safe place when we were all in the house. Did not know until late in the afternoon.

So far, so good! It’s only been a week, but my husband is having some much needed night sleep. Occasionally, he has some slight cramp pains but these disappear much more quickly than before. Delivery was fast and efficient too.

Bought these as I suffer from cramps alot, they arrived in time and sealed, only problem was I could not swallow the tablet, as they so {big}, so I have had to break them up { take them apart as they are a capsule } and put the contents into something that's edible, it took a week or so but happily good to say cramps have eased up a bit, these would be great if they made them a bit smaller and easy to swallow

I think these magnesium tablets are the best around and I like the source of the magnesium. I have tried other magnesium, but they never seem quite as strong. They have helped massively with restless legs and I always end up coming back to them. The downfall is the price which sadly keeps going up.

I had taken these pills previously so had no qualms about re-ordering but since taking this new batch my night-time cramps have increased and the last few nights have been really unsettling. 3 times last night I had to get out of bed and stand for about 5 minutes before the pain eased.

Yes these work great. I get leg cramps in my thighs and these have kept me from getting them. Amazing.

This is the most remarkable magnesium formulation I have ever taken, and I have tried a great many: ReMag (vile-tasting), Sucrosomial Magnesium (for me, not better than any other mag), various chelates and salts (the anions have their own effects on the body, which I don't always want). Not sure how Naveh Pharma did it, but with Magnox they've cracked the code. I believe we can now officially consider magnesium supplementation to be a solved problem - that problem being the longstanding question of how to increase dosage and absorption while avoiding laxation. In Magnox 520, we have a super-convenient capsule with the highest amount of elemental magnesium of any magnesium product on the market - that miraculously does not perturb the gut at all! For a GI tract as hyperreactive as mine, this is a big, big deal. I have never gone beyond 200mg of elemental mag daily for fear of triggering diarrhea until I started Magnox about a week ago. Now I take 520mg daily with no issues. Short of a severe deficiency, no mineral will cure every ailment you have all by itself, but as the most potent mag available today, I think Magnox should be a core supplement for any health strategy. It certainly will be for mine.

These have helped to reduce and or eliminat the leg cramping that I was experiencing. I will definitely order again. This may not work for everyone but it has worked for me.
