It was easy to set up and I only need to charge it once every 3-4 months. I like that it has a touch switch in the glass, so the button stays clean. The only minor issue I have with it is that it doesn't remember the light color setting when you turn it off. I love that it's cordless but I find the batteries lose their power while I'm using it and it slowly gets dimmer and dimmer. It works great if you just keep the power cord attached (but then that defeats the purpose of it being cordless). I also wish it had an power button on both sides of the mirror. Sometimes I have to go hunting for it.
