Dyson V7 Cleaner Head, Gray

Attachment was sent with no wrapper in an open box. There was no Dyson label or sticker. The underside of the vacuum does not look like the picture, there is a purple felt strip missing. This is very concerning and I assume this is not a genuine Dyson product. I am returning immediately. Very disappointing, especially considering the cost, I expected a genuine product.

BE CAREFUL , I just contact seller about WARRATY so they DO NOT provide any warranty for this Dyson V7 Cleaner Head, Gray , Which means if you over 30 Amazon return portal and the Head die on 31 or 32 days then it's done you have to spend another $155 CAD to purchase another one .Edit : Recommend buying on Dyson official website for warranty

This OEM not a knock off. Works way better than the regular brush head, seems to extend the life of the battery as it doesn't seem to have the same contact/drag on the floor surface.

Same day review: fast delivery, and better than the original attachment that came with the cordless cyclone v10 motorhead vacuum. It works perfect on hardwood and ceramic floors, even on low pile rugs and jute/sisal rugs that you cannot use a regular roller head on or it damages the rug. Doesn’t do that with this roller and my rugs are finally safe to be vacuumed. Highly recommend. What I received is a legit Dyson product.

It works well on hard surfaces. I like that it picks up nearly all things on the hard floors better than the original head which is designed more for carpets than hard floors. And it doesn't scratch the floors. Perfect attachment for our vacuum.
