Very good and going well after a year of usage

AC unit stopped working / malfunctioned
The AC unit is not working properly, always showing on its LED small screen these two wording EL & OL, I search the manual and it seems that it has a sort of multifunction system, since it’s under 1 Year warranty, I need a replacement or fixation immediately. This not right, as it has been less than a month and it’s already causing me trouble. Contact me asap pls.
