I read the bad reviews and watched a few of the bad videos...from that i concluded they just were unlucky and got bad units. I mean in the undoubtedly countless quantities of these things produced there are bound to be defective units. The real test is in how the company responds to these defective units. Ive owned mine for 6 months now and it has worked perfectly. Im very pleased. A person has to realize tho these aren't magic...there are incorrect ways to use them. If the bag isnt inside the suction chamber properly it just wont vacum the air out....if the bag covers up a suction hole it wont vacum the air out...if the suction area seal has debris on it...it wont vacum the air out...but using some common sense easily overcomes these issues. I just sealed 15 4lb bags of flour with mine and periodically i had to wipe the loose flour off the seal...just common sense stuff. At this point..barring a malfunction in the machinery...i give this tool the highest marks because of its ease of use...the wet/dry/pulse options and the built in bag roll holder. The same day i purchased my machine i bought xtra rolls of bags...the rolls were way to big in diameter to fit inside the roll holder...but again..simple common sense says reroll the new bags onto the emtpy original machine roll...and presto ive got a new roll. Takes less than a minute.

I got this food vacuum sealer to replace an old Food Saver I had for many years, the clamp used to put pressure on the lid located on the right side broke, no replacement available. After I read several reviews of food vacuum sealers, I settled on this one. It offers great value and doesn’t take much space on my countertop which was important for me, I measured to make sure it would fit. Compare to my old Food Saver, to seal the lid you press on both front corners, and to release they are buttons on both sides of the sealer, easy to operate. It comes with a rubber tube and a wine rubber cap, I use it all the time to help preserve my wine a few days, use the CANISTER button. You can seal automatically using the DRY/MOIST buttons and it will seal thereafter or you can go manual mode using the PULSE button then SEAL button, there is a STOP button to cancel any operation. Inside you can fit a roll of 20 feet (MAX) of 8 or 11 inches. See my photo of a 8 inch x 20ft VESTA. If you’re like me I get my bags in a roll of 50ft, it's usually cheaper, but they don’t fit inside the machine, I like the brand VESTA. I definitely recommend this food vacuum sealer appliance, so many every day uses.

We loved this machine! After 6 months of use the rubber seal broke. We were very disappointed. I contacted the seller and they were so kind and helpful. They sent us a new machine at no charge. Great seller to work with. Thanks again.

I have purchase three other vacuum sealers before this one so I was a little hesitant to buy yet another one and have it not work. So, far I have been very pleasantly surprised. I have used this for dry goods as well as separating bulk meat purchases into servings for freezing and it has handle every job with ease and without problems or headache to me. The fact that it comes with both premade larger sized bags as well as a roll to make my own custom sized bags is great. The built in cutter is fantastic. I also love the bottle/jar attachment for sealing those items. This was a "TikTok made me buy it" purchase I am happy I did.

Loved it when I received, worked great, unfortunately, it is no longer working! Which makes me very sad. My sister, purchased one after I told her how much I loved mine. Unfortunately, hers has also stopped working. If I had rated this at the beginning of receiving, I would have given it five stars all the way. The seal works great, but the suction doesn’t pull the air out.

When my sealer arrived I tried 7 different size of bags to seal. I called the customer service number that evening and they were not in. Come the next morning, I received a call from the company! The gentleman said that he seen that I tried to call. WOW! I explained to him what it was doing and he said that I must have received a defective sealer. I explained to him that my garden is ready to harvest and I was really needing this. WITHIN 3 DAYS THE NEW ONE WAS ON MY DOOR STEP! This vacuum sealer is great! It does not take up much room and works great. Very easy to use, instructions were included. You can not beat this little powerful sealer for the money!

I purchased this vacuum sealer in November 2021, and it worked well for nearly one year (no complaints, everything as expected/advertised). However, as of October 2022, it's fallen off dramatically--the suction is still there but the mechanism no longer automatically transitions from vacuum to seal, so it will just go on vacuuming until you hit "stop," and then "seal," and so the result is not a truly airless seal. This isn't an especially expensive unit so I feel ok about the use I got out of it, but consistent failure after slightly less than one year is disappointing.

We ordered this to put up our meat for the winter. What would have taken me three days took one afternoon to get all our meat package and in the freezer. I have no worries about freezer burn either. It was fast, easy to use and the seal was perfect. It performed much better than I expected for the cost. We also put many fish in the bags with water. Not a problem sealing them. I cut up veggies and fruit for the week meals, put them in bags the last bag was just as fresh two weeks later when I opened them. I couldn’t ask for more. Time will tell how long it last. I’ve put up 1/2 pork, beef and 20 bags of fish. Numerous bags of fruit and veggies. It’s already worth the money I paid for it. I would recommend it.
