The user manual had some old information about the spool holder parts. I thought I was missing roller shafts, but after contacting Artillery tech support, I learned that they had changed the spool holder design, and it no longer needs the shafts. They emailed me a PDF with updated instructions for assembling the spool holder with the new design, but it was annoying to have to go through this process.I then printed about 2 kg worth of parts, having a lot of fun! I've had no adhesion problems, no significant ghosting, no zits, no nozzle clogs, no knockdowns, etc. It prints really nice looking parts, and does so quietly.It started having BL Touch problems recently (bed level sensor). The pin doesn't always drop from BL touch when it should, which causes errors like "Error:!! STOP called because of BLTouch error - restart with M999". The errors have occurred more and more often, and I can no longer print. I contacted Artillery tech support, who is shipping me a replacement sensor. While trying to solve this problem, I've learned it's happening to a lot of Artillery Sidewinder X2's. Don't be surprised if it happens to you!Despite those two negative factors, I would still recommend this printer. It's got a lot of great features and hardware and prints really well. It's really quiet, and looks great aesthetically.

Looks great and all but not very large

ribbon cables break alot, very poor tech support and very little information online. Their website to buy spare parts is very generic with very basic descriptions so your ordering parts without assurances your even ordering the right part for the right machine. Pay more and get a better printer from a manufacture who actually gives a damn.

Good product. Was easier then putting up and taking down lights. I am going to get similar projectors like this for other holidays.

This is my first sidewinder X2, but it failed out of the box. I had to glue the air flow piece on the bottom of the hot endI put it together, leveled it and started to print, the auto level probe lights up snd I get and error that will not allow me to go further.I turned off printer waited, restarted and got the same error.I returned the printer, the second printer had thermal problems out of the box, and both of them quit reading the usb card.I returned the second printer and purchased an X1, which has been working very nicely.This is not my first printer, I own 20 printers, but I will not be getting an X2 again.

I know it looks tempting. The price-to-spec ratio is quite good. But, unfortunately the printer itself is not so great, and the company is worse. I bought the x1 thinking it was a great deal. The quality is poor, such that mine makes a horrible high-pitch vibrating sound while printing. Yes, I've tried to tighten everything and nothing gets rid of it. That was tolerable though and it still printed ok. However, just out of the 1 year warranty, it now will not print anything due to a thermistor issue. Because it is built the way it is, it is not very easy to tinker with. Oh, and customer support? What a joke. The "help" they offered was "We suggest you replace the heatbed first". Nothing else, just one sentence in that email. Despite it being only a month after their warranty, they will not even consider standing behind their product. So, I would recommend that you not buy it.

Awesome printer. I also have the X1. It’s a nice upgrade.

I would not recommend this printer. It's extremely finicky and has broken down requiring parts 3 times since purchase. Only 6 months. It's now a brick.

Buen producto solo que tiene que estar relativamente cerca de una pared ya que alejandolo mas se pierden o no se visualizan los copos bien.
