What is the difference between the startron,the starbrite and the concentrated formular. which one should i use?

Star brite is the manufacturer of Star Tron Enzyme Fuel Treatment. The Star Tron with the WHITE cap is formulated to treat 16 gallons per ounce. The Star Tron with the RED cap is formulated to treat 6 gallons per ounce. The White cap is the Concentrated formula that is ideal for treating large amounts of fuel such as a big boat's fuel tank or a big SUV fuel tank, while the Red cap version is more convenient to treat smaller amounts of fuel such as a motorcycle or ATV fuel tank or the 5-gallon can of gas in the garage to fuel the lawnmower.

What is the shelf life of the Star Tron product itself?

The treatment itself has no expiration date as long as it's stored properly. But fuel treated with Star Tron should last 2 years.

Will this clean a varnished tank, I plan to add this to 5g gas let it sit for a couple days and drain, will that help ?

Yes, this will absolutely help to break down that varnish and remove any build up.

Do i add this directly to my snowblower's has tank or to the full gas container then fill up the tank?

You normally add to your equipment tank prior to filling it. Helps mix it. That's presuming your filling the tank prior to starting your equipment. You want the fuel and Star Tron mix to flow thru whole fuel system for it to work properly. I don't know your knowledge of gas engine fuel system, so that being said the fuel system includes your fuel tank, fuel lines, filter and carburetor or fuel injector.
